Eric and Cathy, a couple living in Lasne, love spending their weekends in their apartment in Knokke, one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Belgian coast. However, every trip to the seaside became a real headache.
« Between the traffic jams on the motorway to reach the coast and the hassle of finding a parking space, our weekends often started with stress, » Eric remembers. « In Knokke, it’s difficult to park near the sea wall or the shopping street, and even when you do find a space, you often have to pay. »
Parking the car far away, walking to the beach or restaurants, and carrying their belongings was becoming exhausting. They knew there had to be a better way to enjoy their seaside holidays
