Background<\/strong>
For GreenCare, a company specialising in the maintenance of urban parks and gardens, each working day was becoming increasingly complicated. Sophie, a team leader, recalls the endless journeys in a van across the city:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe were losing hours in traffic jams, and the new restrictions in low emission zones made access to some parks almost impossible.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

GreenCare\u2019s workers, equipped with lawnmowers, rakes and other tools, spent more time looking for parking than trimming hedges or watering plants. Stress was mounting among the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solution<\/strong>
