Eric and Cathy, a couple living in Lasne, love spending their weekends in their apartment in Knokke, one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Belgian coast. However, every trip to the seaside became a real headache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Between the traffic jams on the motorway to reach the coast and the hassle of finding a parking space, our weekends often started with stress,” <\/em>Eric remembers. “In Knokke, it’s difficult to park near the sea wall or the shopping street, and even when you do find a space, you often have to pay.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parking the car far away, walking to the beach or restaurants, and carrying their belongings was becoming exhausting. They knew there had to be a better way to enjoy their seaside holidays<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solution
That’s when they discovered the Hopper, an electric-assist bike that could carry two people and their luggage, all protected from the elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The Hopper was a real revelation for us,” <\/em>smiles Cathy. “It’s as easy to manoeuvre as a bike, but it offers all the comfort you need.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hopper has made it easy for Eric and Cathy to get around Knokke without having to worry about parking or paying fees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We no longer need the car to go to the seaside,” <\/em>says Eric. “We take the train from Lasne, then the tram to Knokke, and from there the Hopper takes over. The Hopper is perfect, even when it rains. We are sheltered and can continue to enjoy our day without interruption.” <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the Hopper, the couple can stroll along the seafront, in the pedestrian zones where cars are not allowed, and even go shopping or go to a restaurant in complete freedom<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the Hopper, Eric and Cathy have transformed their weekends at the seaside. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We left the stress of traffic and parking behind us,” <\/em>Cathy concludes with a smile. “The Hopper allows us to fully enjoy the coast, moving around with ease.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By adopting this green and practical solution, Eric and Cathy have found a way to simplify their lives while respecting the environment. The Hopper allows them to stay active while taking care of the planet, and above all, to move freely through the streets, the seafront and the pedestrian zones of Knokke.
With the Hopper, they rediscover the sea from a different perspective, without hassle, and with all the pleasure of a leisurely stroll in the open air.
