Contexte<\/strong>
Pour TechServices, entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la mise en service technique et le d\u00e9pannage, chaque journ\u00e9e de travail commence dans le stress. Luc, l'un des techniciens de l'\u00e9quipe, se souvient encore des matins o\u00f9 il passait des heures dans les embouteillages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gr\u00e2ce au ONO, Luc pouvait facilement se faufiler dans les rues \u00e9troites, se garer devant l'adresse du client et transporter tout l'\u00e9quipement n\u00e9cessaire directement sur le v\u00e9lo cargo, qui faisait office d'atelier mobile.
